EVEC is short for European Virtual Enterprise Centre.

Aim
The overall major aim of the project is to help European citizens create their own micro-business and help te regenerate the local economy. The specific aim is to produce a web-based interactive European Virtual Enterprise Centre, providing people who want to start their own micro-business with diagnostics, training and information. The project also provides additional support to newly started enterprises.
