Educational institutions continually need new ideas. This requires creativity: the art of breaking through patterns, habits and certainties. We can all stimulate our creative skills, if only we are aware of our own obstructions and impediments (and those of the organization) to arrive at creative solutions. The training sessions aim at taking away these obstructions and impediments. In addition to that in the sessions skills are developed that promote creative thinking.
